Core Cardio HIIT Workout

You can do this quick workout anywhere so no excuses, just get it done! Do 15 rounds of these 3 exercise for 20 seconds each. Have 30 seconds rest between each set. This will take you 25 minutes, get your fat burning whilst sculpting your stomach. It is important warm up your muscles before so check out my youtube warm up/cool down video!

Each of these exercises are designed to get your heart rate up and get your body into its fat burning zones. Every movement involves power from your core, so make sure you engage it as you drive your knees up, jump and twist. Let’s sculpt our stomachs for the summer guys!
