Who is Libby Alice?

Libby has been a qualified personal trainer for 8 years. Her clientéle has been wide and varied and she now specialises in training women.  She is also qualified in nutrition and is an advanced pilates instructor both of which she incorporates into her training.

Being in the fitness industry has had its ups and downs but has made Libby realise that loving your body is important for health and happiness.  She has learned to workout because she loves her body, she appreciates what her body can do and loves the way eating nutritious foods, achieving new goals, having fun, having balance and looking after ones body makes you feel. Libby now dedicates her work to helping her clients take life enhancing actions with fitness, nutrition and lifestyle. She has helped over 220 people transform their lifestyle and body image.

Libby uses her advanced pilates training and experience working with women of all ages to train clients either in one to one sessions or LYB group training or LYB group PT or Online. Her online system of recipes, home workout videos and healthy living guides will help LYB clients improve their health, fitness and happiness.

Libby appreciates that everyone is different. She encourages her clients to work with her to design their own fitness and nutrition program to make it sustainable.  Libby’s methods allow clients to find what works for them and stick to it, no guilt, no fads, only fun, love and healthy actions!

What is the key to ‘loving your body’?
