Method
- Preheat oven to 200 degrees
- Place mushroom caps (face up) on non stick baking pan. Drizzle them with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
- In a bowl, combine all of the rest of the ingredients.
- Cook just caps for 2-3 mins. Remove from oven.
- Add mixture and place back in the oven for 1-2 minutes. You can also grill the mushroom on a griddle pan, on your stovetop.
- Place the mince in a frying pan with the tomato salsa and fry till cooked
- Remove the mushrooms and add the cooked mince…. Enjoy!
