Blueberry and Orange Protein Bircher Muesli

Portions: 1 Cooking Time: Overnight

Ingredients

  • 40g Oats
  • 5g Flax Seeds
  • 20g Vanilla Protein Powder
  • 200ml Almond Milk (alternatively you can use water you just need to adjust the macros!)
  • 1 Orange
  • 35g / 1 Heaped Tbsp of 0% Greek Yoghurt
  • 20g Blueberries

Method

  1. In a bowl combine the Oats, Flax and Protein Powder.
  2. Add the Almond Milk stirring to make sure all the dry ingredients are covered and mixed well.
  3. Cut the Orange in half and squeeze 1 half of the juice into the mixture.
  4. Add the Greek Yoghurt and Stir to make sure there’s no lumps!
  5. Finally chop the other half of the Orange and Blueberries into the mixture, sealing in an airtight container in the fridge overnight!

This is the perfect pick me up following a morning session and easy to grab when you’re on the go for a busy day!
