Method
- In a bowl combine the Oats, Flax and Protein Powder.
- Add the Almond Milk stirring to make sure all the dry ingredients are covered and mixed well.
- Cut the Orange in half and squeeze 1 half of the juice into the mixture.
- Add the Greek Yoghurt and Stir to make sure there’s no lumps!
- Finally chop the other half of the Orange and Blueberries into the mixture, sealing in an airtight container in the fridge overnight!
This is the perfect pick me up following a morning session and easy to grab when you’re on the go for a busy day!
