LYB Coffee Choccie Lean Lumps

Ingredients

  • 60g Chocolate whey protein
  • 2 tbsp 100% cocoa powder
  • 2 tbsp coffee granulated
  • 2 tbsp cashew or almond butter
  • 1 tbsp unsweetend almond milk
  • 1 pinch pink salt
  • 3 tsp coconut oil

Method

  1. Heat up 1 tbsp almond milk and add 1.5 tbsp coffee inn, stirring well
  2. Place the cashew or almond butter with 1.5 tbsp cocoa, pinch of salt and whey protein in a bowl and pour in the coffee mixture. Stir well until all ingredients combine into a big ball. Try not to add too much moisture or the mixture won’t stiffen. It is best to need with your hands to help the ingredients combine.
  3. Place the mixture in the fridge to set
  4. Mean while make the coating by melting the coconut oil with 1/2 tbsp cocoa, 1/2 tbsp coffee and a dash almond milk
  5. take tbsp size lumps from the cooled mixture and roll into balls or rectangle lumps. Place lumps on tin foil and pour the coconut oil mixture evenly over them all. Place in the fridge to set and then dust with a sprinkle coffee/ cocoa or a coffee bean.This is a fab pre workout fat burning snack!
