Very Berry Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 cup frozen mixed berries (strawberries, raspberries, blueberries)
  • 1/2 banana
  • 1tsp flax seed – 5 almonds
  • Optional: Add 1 scoop protein powder!

Method

  1. Place all the ingredients in a blender and blend it on up!
  2. Once your mixture is smooth, pour into your favourite protein shaker or cocktail glass and enjoy! I like to top mine with some fresh berries or seeds!
