Method
- Pre heat the oven to 200 degrees
- Chop the the broccoli and cauliflower into chunky heads and steam them along with the peas for 5-6 minutes before draining of water and laying in a baking tray
- Mix the yogurt, pesto, chilli, chopped onion, sweetcorn, peas and tuna in a bowl thouroghly and spread ontop of to broccoli layer
- Grate the chesss and Sprinkle a nice thick layer over the top. bake in the oven for 20-30 minutes until the Cheese is melted and broccoli tender. Cover the dish with tin foil and bake at 250 for a further 5-10 minutes. Then remove, let cool slightly and Enjoy!
