Banana Oats and Cottage cheese pancakes

Method
- Blend all ingredients together in a blender till smooth
- Heat a really good none stick pan and add a little oil of choice.
- Pour some of the mixture into the pan to creat a circle (The key to a good pancake is a good pan and medium heat. Not to hot or not too cold! Also don’t flip before it’s ready or you get a pancake mush!)
- Cook for aprox 2-4 mins each side. Top with all your favs! Berries, seeds, peanut butter… you name it! Just make sure you add toppings to the macros!
