Banana Oats and Cottage cheese pancakes

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup Almond Milk unsweetened
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 Egg White
  • 1 banana
  • 1/2 cup cottage cheese
  • 45g Rolled Oats
  • 2 teaspoons Baking Powder
  • 1/4 – 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract

Method

  1. Blend all ingredients together in a blender till smooth
  2. Heat a really good none stick pan and add a little oil of choice.
  3. Pour some of the mixture into the pan to creat a circle (The key to a good pancake is a good pan and medium heat. Not to hot or not too cold! Also don’t flip before it’s ready or you get a pancake mush!)
  4. Cook for aprox 2-4 mins each side. Top with all your favs! Berries, seeds, peanut butter… you name it! Just make sure you add toppings to the macros!
