Warm Berry Bowl

Ingredients

  • 2 cups blueberries
  • 1 cup blackberries
  • 1 cup raspberries
  • 1/2 cup strawberries
  • 1/2 cup large fresh figs
  • 1-ounce dark chocolate shaved
  • 1/4 cup dried mulberries, optional
  • Dash of cinnamon
  • 2 cups  almond, cashew, or oat milk
  • 1 scoop Vanilla whey protein powder

 

Method

  1. Preheat oven to 200 degrees
  2. Place all fruit in a oven proof bowl and bake for 20 minutes.
  3. Mean while blend your milk with the protein powder in a blender.
  4. Remove fruit from the oven and transfer into a large bowl/mixing bowl.
  5. To serve take how ever many portions of warm fruit out the large bowl you need, pour over as much protien milk as you prefer and sprinkle over your toppings of choice such as grated chocolate or nuts/seeds. Toasted coconut works a treat too!
  6. The rest of fruit will keep in the fridge for a 3/4 days max to grab portions out and heat in the microwave or a pan for a quick breakfast or snack. The protein milk will keep for a couple of days in the fridge but you may prefer to mix it fresh each time you serve this dish. Enjoy!!!
