Ingredients

  • 3-4 tbsp Total Greek Yogurt
  • 1 cup raspberries
  • 1 tbsp seeds or nuts
  • 25g scoop vanilla protein powder
  • Extra fuit or nuts for topping

Method

  1. Place half the yogurt in a bowl and mix in the berries till a lovely pink colour.
  2. Mix the other yogurt with the protein powder and spoon into a glass. Then spoon the berry yogut on top
  3. Sprinkle over seeds, nuts and extra fruit and enjoy!
