Method
- In a blender place bananas, 1 tbsp peanutbutter, eggs, protein, syrup, and baking powder. Blend for 30 seconds then add the milk to loosen the mixture and blend again
- Heat the oven to 180 degrees. Evenly poor the mixture between 12 cupcake molds
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until risen and golden. Serve warm with a little nut butter in the middle! Yum!
