Method
- Heat a pan on a medium heat. Add in bone broth, sweet corn, ginger, garlic and season. I like to add in a little water too.
- Once warm add in the chicken and stir in the egg white for a further few minutes
- Sprinkle in the spring onion and serve! I sometimes add spinach and other spices such as turmeric to this dish also
