Ingredients

  • 2tbsp maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup almond milk
  • 4 tbsp peanut butter, 4 tbsp flax seed
  • 4 cups goats
  • Add 3 of these flavours of below list:
    • 1/2 cup coconut shavings
    • 1/2 cup chopped pecans/peanuts/ cashews/pines/ pistachios
    • 1/2 cup mixed seeds
    • 2 tbsp raw cocoa powder
    • 30g scoop protein powder
    • 1/2 cup Dried berries or raisins
    • 1/2 cup Raw cocoa nibs
    • 1 cup apple sauce

Method

  1. Heat a large pan on medium and add in maple, milk, nuts butter and flax seeds. Stir for 1 minutes until meted down and blended.
  2. Remove from heat and add in extra flavour ingredients… I love seeds, pecans and vanilla protein powder in mine.
  3. Pour in oats and stir the stiff mixture till blended well together.
  4. Evenly press the mixture into a large baking tray and sprinkle with a extra nuts, melted raw chocolate or coconut shavings then place in the freezer for 20 mins to cool.
  5. Remove from the freezer and slice into rectangle or squares… enjoy!
