Method
- Place the dry oats in a blending and blend until they turn to flour. Place oat flower in a mixig bowl
- Mix in the protein powder with ther oat flour and 3 pinches salt
- Place the dates and 1/4 cup of almond milk in the blender to make a gooey texture and then spoon into the flour mixture.
- Place the peanutbutter in the blending with the other 1/4 almond milk and blend again untill smooth. Spoon into the mixture and stir well till the mixtures are blended. As the mistures come together use your hands to bring the dough into one ball and need. This will stop the mixture from getting to gooey by stirring. (if the mixture is too dry for this then add a dash more milk or if it is too gooey then add more oat flour)
- Sprinkle in the chocolate chips and need the mixture more until they are even throughout the mixture. Take tbsp sizes from the dough and roll into cookie dough balls! Leave in the fridge for at least 30minutes before gobbleing! I like one or two of these as a mid morning active day snack
