Portions: 10-12 balls Cooking Time: 5-10 mins cooking, 30 mins fridge

Ingredients

  • 8-10 blended and melted down dates
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup
  • 2 tbsp pea nut butter/ Almond
  • 1-2 tbsp cocoa powder or coco powder (green and blacks is a good choice)
  • 4 tbsp oats (blended to make flour) or coconut flour (found in whole food stores)
  • 1/2 cup chopped or blended hazel nuts or nuts of choice (I use hazel nuts to to make them like (forrero roc her’s)
  • 4 tsp almond milk
  • 30g scoop vanilla protein and 2tbsp almond milk

Method

  1. Blend all ingredients together apart from hazel nuts to make a nice mixture.
  2. Take tbsp amounts of the mixture and roll into balls. If the mixture is too stiff use a dash of milk to moist ion.
  3. Put the chopped hazel nuts in a bowel and roll your ball in them till they are covered.
  4. Leave ball in the fridge to set for 30 mins.
  5. Bish Bash bosh .. enjoy your balls!
