Method
- Heat a pan with coconut oil on medium heat. Add in the onion and garlic for 3 minutes until golden
- Mean while tear the broccoli into florets and boil or steam for 3-5mins then add it to the pan with the onions. Also add in the stock, cumin and hemp seeds and cook for another minute
- Pour the stirfry into a blender. In the empty pan cook 1 strip of bacon until crispy. Blend the mixture until smooth and then serve with the bacon choped ontop with a sprinkle of extra hemp. You may repheat this recipe for later use and store in the fridge
