Method
- Pre heat oven to 180 degrees.
- Line a quiche dish or cake tin with coconut oil.
- Mix all ingredients in large mixing bowl until eggs are well whisked.
- Pour into your dish and bake for 15 minutes before covering the top with baking parchment to stop it from burning.
- Leave to bake for another 15-20 minutes and then leave to cool on your work top for 20 minutes before serving. I love this easy dish to grab at a lunch time or for an afternoon snack. So tasty!
