LYB Ferrero Rocher Balls

Portions: 10-12 balls Cooking Time: 40 mins

Ingredients

  • 6 blended and melted down dates
  • 1 tbsp natural sweetener eg. maypole syrup , natural honey
  • 1 tbsp nut butter
  • 1-2 tbsp raw cocoa powder or cocoa powder (green and blacks is a good choice)
  • 2 tbsp oats (to make flour) or coconut flour (found in whole food stores)
  • 1/2 cup chopped or briskly blended hazel nuts

Method

  1. Blend all ingredients together apart from hazel nuts to make a nice mixture.
  2. Take tbsp amounts of the mixture and roll into balls. If the mixture is too stiff, add a dash of milk.
  3. Put the chopped hazel nuts in a bowl and roll your ball in them until they are covered.
  4. Leave ball in the fridge to set for 30 mins. Bish Bash bosh… enjoy your balls!
