Method
- Simply add all ingredients into a large mixing bowla mix throughly so that the nutbutter and oil is blended
- Spoon into a nonstick tray or slightly lined tine and spread evenly. Top with nut, coconut shavings or chocolate. I have also tried butting puffed rice in mine for a crunch which worked nicely!
- Set in the freezer for 2 hours. Let the tray warm to room temperature for 10 minutes before sliceing and enjoy!
