Portions: 16 slices Cooking Time: 10 mins + 2 hour set time

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup coconut oil slightly melted
  • 1 cup almond butter
  • 2 tbsp 100% cocoa powder
  • 20g scoop vanilla protein
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup
  • Optional extras 1/4 cup roasted cashews or 85% chocolate drops

Method

  1. Simply add all ingredients into a large mixing bowla mix throughly so that the nutbutter and oil is blended
  2. Spoon into a nonstick tray or slightly lined tine and spread evenly. Top with nut, coconut shavings or chocolate. I have also tried butting puffed rice in mine for a crunch which worked nicely!
  3. Set in the freezer for 2 hours. Let the tray warm to room temperature for 10 minutes before sliceing and enjoy!
