Method
- Chop halloumi into chunks and fry till golden each side, you may need a little oil but I usually dry fry it and just dont let it sit long enough to burn or get stuck
- Dice a Onion and add you the pan, at this point you may need to add a little oil. Cook for another 3 minutes, tossing often until the onions are becoming soft and cooked
- Microwave the Jamie Oliver chickpea bag for 30 sec and then add to the pan along with the tinned tomatoes, curry powder and vinegar. Stir and simmer for 2- 3 minutes.
- I like to add spinach to mine but you don’t have to. Enjoy!
