Method
- Whisk the eggs with the cheese, sweetner and spice until smooth then let sit for a few minute to allow the bubbles to disapear
- Heat a large frying pan with coconut oil or butter
- Pour 1/4 of the micture into the pan and fry for 2-4 minutes each side until golden
- Place on a plate and repeat until you have all 4 pancakes. Serve with topping of choice. Nuts are a great option to keep it low carb. I like mine with a protein shake on the side and a dollop of almond butter on top and a drizzle of natural zero syrup or maple syrup over.
