Preheat your oven to 220°.
- In a baking dish mix oats, nuts, seeds and coconut.
- Place the dish in the oven for 15 minutes and mix the granola every 5 minutes.
- Bring out of the oven and pour over the maple syrup and leave to cool (toss after 5 minutes so that the syrup spreads).
- If you like dried berries in your granola, now is the time to add them! I always add fresh berries rather than dried because there’s less sugar.
- I love 3/4 cup size portion with almond milk or total greek yogurt and fresh berries!
