Portions: 1 Cooking Time: 5mins to make, 4-10 hours to soak

Ingredients

  • 30g oats
  • 1 tbs peanut butter
  • 25g vanilla whey protein (or flavour of choice)
  • 2 tbsp chia seeds or normal seed mix
  • 1/2 cup unsweetend almond milk

Method

  1. In a mixing bowl place the oat, protein powder, chia seeds and stir
  2. Slowly pour in the almond milk and keep mixing till even
  3. Mix in the peanut butter and leave in the fridge overnight to soak
  4. Serve with fresh berries and enjoy!
