Portions: 1 Cooking Time: 5 mins, must leave over night or 5 hours to set

Ingredients

  • 15-20g chia seed co seeds
  • 100-120ml almond milk
  • Small handful frozen berries to top
  • 30g vanilla whey protein powder

Method

  1. Mix all ingredients except berries in a bowl
  2. Leave in the fridge to set overnight
  3. The seeds will expand and create a jelly, enjoy!!
