Method
- Pre heat the oven at 250 degrees
- Place oats and seeds in a tray and bake for 6 minutes to crisp
- In a bowl mix the syrup, 2 tbsp peanut butter, 1 tbsp coconut oil, milk and protein powder till smooth.
- Add the hot oats to the bowl and mix till evenly coated
- Press the mixture evenly into a tray and place in the freezer for 10 minutes
- Meanwhile make the peanut butter chocolate topping by mixing 1 tbsp peanut butter, 1 tbsp coconut oil,3 tsp natural sweetener and a dash of hot water till smooth. Poor the mixture over the set flapjack and set for a further 20 minutes before slicing. Enjoy a lean refuel!
