Ingredients

  • 3 tbsp greek fage yogurt
  • 25g scoop whey vanilla protein
  • 1 tbsp almond butter
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 3 almonds to top

Method

  1. Mix the yogurt with the protein and almond butter then stir in 1/2 tsp cinnamon spice
  2. Spoon the mixture into a glass or a pot and top with a few almonds and a sprinkle cinnamon
