Method
- Mix the soy, vinegars, garlic and chilli in a bowl. Add in the beef and let it marinade for atleast 1 hour
- Heat a large pan on medium with coconut oil and add in the beef with all extra marinade mixture, onions and sugar snap peas.
- Let the beef brown both sides before and then add in the chinked pineapple, cooking for an extra 1-2 minutes. Then add in the lettuce or water cress for an extra 20 seconds and remove from the heat
- Devide between 3 portions with a chunk of lime and enjoy!
