LYB Shaken Beef

Ingredients

  • 2-3 lbs beef with fat cut off and cubed
  • 1 cup diced fresh pineapple
  • 2 garlic cloves diced
  • 4tbsp rice vinegar
  • 3 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 2 red onions sliced thinly
  • 1 cup sugar snap peas
  • 2 tsp coconut oil
  • 1tsp chilli flakes
  • 3 wedges lime

Method

  1. Mix the soy, vinegars, garlic and chilli in a bowl. Add in the beef and let it marinade for atleast 1 hour
  2. Heat a large pan on medium with coconut oil and add in the beef with all extra marinade mixture, onions and sugar snap peas.
  3. Let the beef brown both sides before and then add in the chinked pineapple, cooking for an extra 1-2 minutes. Then add in the lettuce or water cress for an extra 20 seconds and remove from the heat
  4. Devide between 3 portions with a chunk of lime and enjoy!
