Ingredients

  • 2 Slices Sourdough
  • 1 Large Egg
  • 1 tsp Cinnamon
  • 15g Peanut Butter
  • 100g Banana

Method

  1. In a bowl whisk the egg with the cinnamon.
  2. In a frying pan, heat the coconut oil until melted.
  3. Soak the slices of Sourdough in the egg mixture before transferring to the pan.
  4. Cook for approximately 3-4 minutes before flipping and leaving for the same time span on the other side.
  5. Once cooked to your liking transfer to a plate.
  6. Drizzle your peanut butter over the cooked bread.
  7. Slice your Banana and serve on the side or on top!
  8. ENJOY!!
