Method
- In a bowl whisk the egg with the cinnamon.
- In a frying pan, heat the coconut oil until melted.
- Soak the slices of Sourdough in the egg mixture before transferring to the pan.
- Cook for approximately 3-4 minutes before flipping and leaving for the same time span on the other side.
- Once cooked to your liking transfer to a plate.
- Drizzle your peanut butter over the cooked bread.
- Slice your Banana and serve on the side or on top!
