Ingredients

  • 2 large tbsp Total 0% Yogurt
  • 1/2 cup frozen berries
  • 5 almonds (or nut of choice)
  • 1/2 banana (frozen for best results)
  • 3 tbsp almond milk

Method

  1. Spoon the yogurt into a small bowl or cup.
  2. In a blender, blend frozen berries, nuts, banana and almond milk till creamy.
  3. Spoon the mixture onto of your yogurt and top with topping of choice. I like to top mine with fresh berries, figs, a sprinkle of seeds and nuts. Also try coconut flakes!
