Method
- Pre heat your oven at 200 degrees.
- Moisten the fish with lemon juice and season with S&P.
- Mix together the herbs, garlic and oil and spread over fish.
- Bake skin side down for 12-15 minutes depending on the fishes thickness.
- Roast your cashews in the oven for 5 minutes.
- Serve your fish with your greens and sprinkle the cashew over the greens.
I always keep my extras in a food container for the next day low carb meal or snack!
