Method
- Mix all the cookie dough ingredients in a blender till smooth. You may need to do this in stages depending on the power of your blender.
- Take tbsp sizes from the mixture and roll into around 12 balls.
- Leave 4 balls out and put the rest in the fridge for another time. They will keep for a week.
- Place the frozen bananas in the blender with vanilla and blend till smooth and ice cream like.
- Pour or spoon ice cream between two bowls and add a few of your dough balls… Enjoy!
