Ingredients

  • 40g gluten free oats
  • 250ml almond milk
  • 3/4 apple sliced – 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp chopped walnuts

Method

Heat a pan and chuck in your oats and milk.
  1. Heat and stir till the oats are blended nicely.
  2. Meanwhile, place your sliced apple in a dish with the cinnamon sprinkled on top and microwave for 60 seconds.
  3. Spoon your oats into a bowl and top with your cinnamon apple and a sprinkle of walnuts.
  4. Enjoy!
