Avocado toast with an egg on top

Ingredients

  • 1 eggs (fried sunny side up) or poached
  • 1 slice of multi-grain or whole grain bread (toasted)
  • 1/2 small avocado
  • 1 teaspoon lime juice
  • hymalain or sea salt + black pepper (to taste)
  • parsley (optional for topping)

Method

  1. Prepare toast and fried eggs to personal preference.
  2. Peel and mash avocado with the lime juice, salt and pepper.
  3. Top toast with avocado mash and spread evenly, add your egg ontop and sprinkle with seasonings.
  4. Don’t forget to take a picture of your runny yolk .. drippling over the avocado toast.. yum!!!!
