Method
- Prepare toast and fried eggs to personal preference.
- Peel and mash avocado with the lime juice, salt and pepper.
- Top toast with avocado mash and spread evenly, add your egg ontop and sprinkle with seasonings.
- Don’t forget to take a picture of your runny yolk .. drippling over the avocado toast.. yum!!!!
