  • 200g Greek Yogurt
  • 2 diced garlic clove
  • 8 finly chopped mint leaves
  • 1 lemons juice
  • 1 pinch salt & pepper

Method

  1. In a bowl mix the mint, garlic and lemon juice
  2. Stir the mixture into the yogut until well blended and serve
