Ingredients

  • 1 onion diced
  • 1 clove garlic diced
  • 1 chilli pepper diced
  • 10 large tomatoes chopped into chunks
  • 1/2 limes juice pinch of salt
  • 1 tsp natural sweetener (truvia)

Method

  1. In a blender pulse half your tomatoes along with the other ingredients till slightly blended
  2. Spoon into a bowl and mix in the rest of the chopped tomatoes and there you have a super healthy tomato salsa!
