Ingredients

  • 2 Avocados
  • 1 lime juice
  • 1/2 onion
  • 2 tbsp diced tomatoes
  • 2 tbsp coriander
  • Pinch S&P
  • 2 tsp chili flakes

Method

  1. Chop the avocado and tomatoes into chunks and mash together in a bowl still leaving a few chunks.
  2. Mix in finely diced onions, chilli and coriander.
  3. Stir in lime juice and there you go!
