Method
- In a bowl mix diced chicken pieced with the greek yogurt and curry powder and leave to marinade for 5-10 minutes
- Heat a frying pan on medium and add the coconut oil
- Add the chicken to the pan and cook with the onions for 8-12 minutes until golden. Toss regularly.
- Heat a frying pan on medium and add the coconut oil
- Serve with lettuce in a toasted wrap as a high carb option or in a large lettuve leaf as a low carb option. I top mine with extra lettuce, oinions and tomatoes with a tsp of my herby yogurt dip recipe
