LYB Matcha Chia Pudding

Portions: 2 Cooking Time: 5 mins then must set in the fridge overnight

Ingredients

  • 30g chia seed co seeds
  • 2s cup almond milk
  • 1 cup rasberries
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 60g vanilla/chocolate/plain whey protein powder
  • 1 tsp matcha green powder
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Method

  1. Blend the maple syrup with the vanilla extract, matcha and add a little milk. You may need to warm this up if the matcher does not blend well.
  2. Mix in the almond milk, protein and then stir in the chia seeds
  3. Pop into 2 pots or bowls and set in the fridge overnight or for 8 hours. Serve with berries ontop
