Method
- Boil peas for 2 minutes until cooked but still crisp
- Drain from the hot water and then run under cold water until the peas are cool. Drain the excess water and add in all the other ingredients. Crush with a potato masher until mashed and mixed well
- Serve as a side to meals, with salads, as a dip, on toast or ontop of canepes. I love this with my salads!
