LYB Apple Cider Vinegar Dressing

Portions: 12 (1 tbsp per portion) Cooking Time: 5 mins

Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp djon mustard
  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
  • 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp raw local honey
  • 1/3 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 pinch S&P

Method

  1. Place all the ingredients bar salt in a bowl or blender mix till well blended.
  2. Pour the dressing into a jug or jar and keep in the fridge for 30minutes before pouring over your favourite vegetables. The dressing will keep in the fridge for up to a week. Make sure you shake or stir before use. I love this dressing because cider vinegar helps your digestion
