Cut the fat off the bacon and grill it cooked to your liking… yum nice and crisp for me!

Melt a dash of coconut oil in the pan. Cut the mushrooms in half and tomato and fry them for 4- 6 minutes.

Either fry the eggs or scramble them up in a separate pan or poach them in a pan of water.

Serve it all up onto a big plate and tuck on in! Add some rye bread or wholegrain toast to make it your carb/refuel meal.
