Method
- Wrap the asparagus in the ham and pop in the oven at 180 degrees for 10- 15minutes till crisp. Meanwhile either grill or fry the halloumi in a pan for 3-4 minutes each side
- Serve together on a plate and squeeze over the lemon juice. I like to serve mine with a bed of rocket!
