LYB Asparagus Ham Sticks with Halloumi

Ingredients

  • 50g Halloumi
  • 4-5 asparagus
  • 30g palma ham lean
  • 1/2 lemon juice

Method

  1. Wrap the asparagus in the ham and pop in the oven at 180 degrees for 10- 15minutes till crisp. Meanwhile either grill or fry the halloumi in a pan for 3-4 minutes each side
  2. Serve together on a plate and squeeze over the lemon juice. I like to serve mine with a bed of rocket!
