Lemon and Herb dressing

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup fresh lemon juice
  • 1/2 cup fresh lime juice
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1-inch knob of ginger, peeled and minced
  • 2 1/2 tablespoons raw honey
  • 2 tablespoons Stone Ground mustard

Method

  1. Place all your ingredients in a blender and blend on up… or you can simply mix them together in a bowl and get those arm muscles working!
  2. This dressing is a great on to dress your on the go tupperware salads
