Method
- Put 1/2 the coconut on tin foil and toast lightly in the oven for 5 mins
- mean while out the rest of the coconut in a blender with all the other ingredients and blend till smooth. You may need to add almond milk to loosen slightly
- put the mixture into a bowl and leave to harden slightly in the fridge for 10 mins. Make sure you have taken the toasted coconut out the oven too cool
- Take tbsp sizes out the mixture and roll into a ball then roll into the coconut
- put it back into the fridge to set and enjoy!
