LYB Honey Salmon With Greens

Method
- Pre heat the oven at 180 degrees
- In a bowl, mix your honey, oil, garlic and S&P
- Put the salmon fillets on a lined oven tray and brush the mixture onto your salmon fillets
- squeeze over fresh lemon and place 4-6 slices of lemon on the salmon
- Place tray in the oven for 20 -25 minutes until the salmon is cooked then if you can grill for 3 minutes then do so for a golden top!
- Whilst the salmon cooks steam, boil or stir fry the greens
- I like to have mine with Courgette pasta (Spiralize or grate a courgette into strings then mix with my homemade tomato sauce)
