  • 2 tbsp tahini
  • 1 lemons juice
  • 1 clove galic minced
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 2 tbsp water

Method

  1. Place all ingredients into a bowl or blender and mix throughly
  2. Drizzle over salads or on my falafel recipe
