Ingredients

  • 1 cup frozen raspberries or strawberries
  • 1 banana frozen
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder (or hemp protein)
  • 1 tbsp nut butter of choice
  • Toppings:
    • 1 tsp coconut shavings
    • 1 strawberry sliced
    • 1 tbsp homemade granola or natural sugar granola
    • 1 tsp blueberries

Method

  1. Add all ingredients into a blender and blend till thick and smooth.
  2. Pour into a bowl and top with toppings of choice… eat with a spoon and enjoy
