Ingredients

  • 1 egg yolk
  • 1 cup fat free greek yogurt
  • 1 tsp dijon mustard
  • 1 cup olive oil
  • 1 tsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1 pinch salt and pepper

Method

  1. Place the egg yolk and mustard in a bowl and whisk. Very gradually add in the olive oil bit by bit whilst slowly stirring
  2. Add in yogurt, s&p, a dash apple cider mix well. You can mix this faster now all the oil is blended
  3. Leave in the fridge for 10-20minutes before serving. It will keep in the fridge, covered for 4-5 days. You can also make healthy bernaise sauce by just adding 3 tsp tarragon herb. It goes amazing with steak!
