LYB Seabass with Broccoli Mash and walnuts

Method
- Start by boiling the broccoli for 5-6 minutes, meanwhile chop the garlic and onion
- Heat a large frying pan with coconut oil and fry the onions with the garlic until golden. also add the walnuts to a separate pan or the oven to roast for 2 minutes
- Place the broccoli, garlic, onion, parsley, a pinch salt and pepper, lemon juice and capers in a blender and pulse 5-6 times leaving a few of the small broccoli heads still in one piece but still creating a mash like mixture. Spoon into a bowl and mix in a little olive oil
- Fry the sea bass for 3 minutes skin side down and then another 3 minutes the other side till crisp and white through. Serve on top of 3 spoonfuls of mash then sprinkle over roasted walnuts. Enjoy!
