Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp organic peanut butter
  • 1 heaped tsp raw cocoa powder (or 25g chocolate protein powder)
  • 1/2 banana
  • 1 tsp flaxseed
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk

Method

  1. Place all your ingredients in a blender and blend it on up!
  2. Once the mixture is smooth, pour into your favourite protein shaker or cocktail glass and enjoy! I like to top mine with some fresh berries or seeds.
